www.nyc.gov.
Agencies maintaining websites include the City Planning
Commission, Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation
Commission, Mayor’s Office, Economic Development
Corporation, Board of Standards and Appeals, Borough
Presidents and some Community Boards.
Recently recorded documents,
including zoning lot declarations and zoning lot development
agreements, may be available through the Department of
Finance’s ACRIS website. Among the reference materials available
on-line are the New York City Zoning Resolution, Building
Code, Building Information System, and CEQR Technical
